Irwindale, California (May 15, 2014) – Ready Pac Foods, Inc., a premier producer of convenience fresh foods, announces the expansion of its executive leadership team. Recently appointed CEO Tony Sarsam bolstered the team’s talent as he leads the company into a new chapter of transformation with greater emphasis on a strong performance culture, lean operations, and innovative product development. The Executive Team welcomes:
Sally Erickson, Chief Financial Officer
Tim Clark, Chief Human Resources Officer
Peter Laport, Chief Supply Chain Officer
Michael Murray, Chief General Counsel
Ready Pac is in a unique position to serve the increasing demands of its customers and enhance its place in the market. The revitalized bench strength enables the company to turn up its intensity and pace in order to meet aggressive growth objectives and fulfill Tony’s vision to create a powerhouse leadership team with unique food experience.
When Tony was hired in October 2013, he was well respected for his expertise in consumer packaged goods and impressive track record of managing within a world class operation such as Nestlé, Dreyer’s and Frito-Lay. It comes as no surprise that after listening, observing, and getting to know the business, he decided to surround himself with a group of individuals with equally strong and diverse qualifications. The newly appointed team-members bring proven performance within esteemed organizations like PepsiCo, Dunkin Brands, and Sealy Corporation.
Ready Pac collaborated with retained executive search firm O’Neill Consulting Group, Inc. in the selection of Sally, Tim, Peter, and Michael. “I called Kevin O’Neill whom I knew from previous engagements at Nestlé and Dreyer’s. His team engaged quickly, connected with our culture, helped articulate our vision, and brought us a group of A-players who are starting a transformation,” said Tony Sarsam, Ready Pac CEO. “The firm has deep expertise in consumer goods, food & beverage, and supply chain, bringing added value to the search process. We now have the right people working together and are already seeing a positive impact on our culture, productivity, and profitability.”
